Currently, Overlake Golf & Country Club is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders with a minimum of two years' experience to join their dedicated team. This is a seasonal position focused on delivering outstanding beverage service across their summer café, banquet facilities, and fine dining restaurant. Importantly, OGCC operates as a non-tipping facility, underscoring its commitment to fair and equitable compensation for its employees. The role of Bartender at OGCC is more than just preparing drinks; it embodies providing world-class guest service that enhances the overall member and guest experience.

Bartenders at OGCC will be expected to prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following the club’s high standards. They will work closely with fellow team members in the restaurant and banquet departments to ensure seamless service during everyday operations as well as special events. The responsibilities also extend to managing beverage carts on the golf course, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar and workstations, and ensuring all health, safety, and liquor laws are strictly adhered to.
