Job Requirements
- three to six months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server's Permit required
- valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell regularly
- ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- color vision required
Job Qualifications
- track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to make sound decisions
- ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- must be able to work independently and/or with a group

Job Duties
- follow service guidelines according to brand standards in the service manual
- create specialty beverage items and craft cocktails
- present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- make recommendations of food and beverage items according to guest preferences
- write order on check or memorize and enter into MICROS POS system
- relay order to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
