Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety standards for bar operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies
- Service guests promptly and professionally ensuring quality and consistency
- Break down bar area ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of supplies
- Engage with guests using strong communication skills to enhance the experience
- Multi-task to serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Restock bar inventories as needed
