Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during shifts
- ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis
Job Qualifications
- Basic communication skills
- prior bartending experience
- knowledge of micros or other systems experience
- ability to collaborate in a team environment
- luxury hotel experience a plus
- trustworthy and have integrity
- open to learning and development
Job Duties
- Interact one on one with guests
- take orders
- make cocktails
- upsell
- ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate guest needs
- Exhibit proper knowledge
- selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- and any menu items offered
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
- stock with appropriate products and supplies
- Work as a team and effectively communicating with management

- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
