Our establishment is a vibrant, high-volume bar focused on providing an exceptional guest experience through quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. This role operates in a fast-paced setting, requiring dedication, efficiency, and a strong customer service mindset. This is a tipped position with a base pay rate of $16.37 per hour, exclusive of any tips earned during shifts.

The role of Bartender is essential to our successful operation. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and servers according to established recipes and standard proportions. The position requires attentiveness to detail in payment processing, maintaining accurate sales and inventory reports, and ensuring that the bar remains adequately stocked with liquors, beverages, and supplies. Equally important is the responsibility to serve alcohol responsibly by verifying identification and adhering to all alcohol service policies and state regulations. This role demands consistent physical activity, including constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting stock weighing up to 50 pounds. Working in this environment involves exposure to moderate to high noise levels, especially during busy hours.

Beyond technical skills, the position demands a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment. It is essential that candidates have experience in cash handling, credit card processing, and operating computerized point of sale (POS) systems. The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor is crucial to delivering the exceptional guest experiences that define our brand.
