The role of Bartender at our establishment involves a blend of technical skills and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with care and responsibility, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. This position offers a competitive base wage of $10.70 per hour, with additional tipping opportunities that can significantly enhance overall earnings. As this is a tipped position, the base pay does not include any potential earnings from tips.

Bartenders in our bar fulfill drink orders submitted by guests and servers, making sure that every beverage is prepared following standardized recipes and proportions to maintain consistency and quality. The position requires handling money transactions, making change accurately, and ensuring proper documentation through sales and inventory reports. Bartenders also play a critical role in managing bar stock, which includes ordering liquors, mixers, condiments, and other necessary supplies to keep operations running smoothly. This role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, and reaching. The candidate must be capable of lifting stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and working in an environment that experiences moderate to high noise levels during peak hours.

We value candidates with at least two years of front-of-house experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting. Experience with computerized point of sale (POS) systems and cash handling is essential to ensure efficient transaction processing and accurate accounting. Age requirements are strictly observed due to legal restrictions pertaining to alcohol service, and candidates must be at least the minimum legal age.
