As a Bartender at our location, you will hold a critical role that directly impacts the guest experience. The hourly wage starts at $10.00, which is exclusive of tips. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar setting where efficiency, precision, and customer interaction are key. Your responsibilities will range from crafting drinks according to specific recipes to managing inventory and cash transactions. Serving beverages responsibly while engaging guests with courteous and attentive service is paramount. This is a tipped position, so there is significant earning potential beyond the base pay through tips.

In this role, you will serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with all local and company alcohol service policies. You will be tasked with verifying customer identification to prevent underage drinking and maintain a safe environment. Handling payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions, will be a daily responsibility. Additionally, maintaining bar stock levels by ordering supplies will be part of your duties to ensure seamless operations at all times. This position requires standing for extended periods, physical stamina to lift inventory stock, and the ability to work amidst moderate noise levels typical in busy bar environments.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in front-of-house roles within high-volume bars or restaurants, possess excellent cash handling skills, and demonstrate proficiency with computerized point of sale systems.
