Job Requirements
- must be atleast 21 years old
- able to follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
- capable of lifting 15 to 20 lbs
- able to stand and work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time
- availability for varied shifts based on management discretion
- willingness to work full-time or part-time schedules
- physical stamina and endurance for busy bar hours
Job Qualifications
- preferably 21 years of age or older
- prior bartending experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology is a plus
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- engage customers with friendly conversation and make personalized drink recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- follow responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
- handle cash and card transactions accurately
- restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- ensure a smooth and efficient bar service during shifts
