The role offered is for an upscale Bartender position based in a live music and hospitality environment. You will welcome and acknowledge Vinyl Room members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP guests, delivering impeccable service consistent with upscale dining standards. You’ll maintain deep knowledge of current drink trends, mixology fundamentals, and the harmonious pairing of food, wine, beer, and spirits to enhance guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include responsibly serving alcohol aligned with local ordinances and company policies, managing guest interactions positively, and cultivating regular clientele to foster repeat business. This role requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work late hours, physical stamina for long periods of standing, and the ability to handle up to 25 lbs of weight safely. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal communication skills, professionalism, and tolerance for diverse cultures, music, and art forms. Certification in responsible alcohol service and at least two years experience in a similar upscale setting are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-volume or live music environments and skill in recognizing valid identification for alcohol service.
