Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bartending experience
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register
- maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area
- clean and stock merchandise
- Greet and communicate with guests, take orders, serve drinks/food
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages in compliance with company standards
- Check identification of guests who appear under the age of 27 to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Ensure bar area is equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Keep bar area clean and neat
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food menu and maintain complete knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
- Balance all receipts and maintain proper cash accountability
- Perform drop and count procedures per company policies
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
- Prioritize work according to management’s needs and establish strong communication with leaders and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
