Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
- Capable of performing a variety of physical tasks with endurance
- Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience bartending in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Player-focused approach with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service laws and certifications as required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks theyll love
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit
- Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and operational throughout the day
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver exceptional service ensuring every player feels like a VIP
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment
