Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
3+ years experience in high-volume bartending
Possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
Possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification
High knowledge level of alcoholic beverage drink recipe and preparation knowledge

3+ years bartending experience in high-volume bartending and mixology (preferred)

Job Duties

Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork through a positive demeanor
Curate creative drinks with exceptional delivery
Ability to engage with guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience
Accurately check identification of guests who appear under 30 years of age and prevent underage service
Adhere to strict regulations related to alcohol service and gaming laws, ensuring responsible service and being aware of security protocols within the CRCR atmosphere
Prepare and serve various beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring precision and quality in each preparation
Follow provided approved drink recipes when dispensing drinks
garnish beverages as needed per business standards and recipes
