Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 3+ years experience in high-volume bartending
  • Possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
  • Possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification
  • High knowledge level of alcoholic beverage drink recipe and preparation knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 3+ years experience in high-volume bartending
  • Possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
  • Possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification
  • High knowledge level of alcoholic beverage drink recipe and preparation knowledge
  • 3+ years bartending experience in high-volume bartending and mixology (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork through a positive demeanor
  • Curate creative drinks with exceptional delivery
  • Ability to engage with guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience
  • Accurately check identification of guests who appear under 30 years of age and prevent underage service
  • Adhere to strict regulations related to alcohol service and gaming laws, ensuring responsible service and being aware of security protocols within the CRCR atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve various beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring precision and quality in each preparation
  • Follow provided approved drink recipes when dispensing drinks
  • garnish beverages as needed per business standards and recipes
