Job Description
PS is redefining the way the world travels by creating and operating private airport terminals that elevate commercial air travel to a seamless luxury experience. As a pioneering company in the realm of luxury hospitality, PS currently serves guests at major airports such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). In addition, the company is expanding its presence with new terminals underway at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA). PS is setting a new global standard in hospitality by combining privacy, efficiency, and personalized service to transform the typical airport journey into an exclusive, refined experience.
The company’s private terminals offer an oasis away from the crowds and chaos commonly associated with public airports. PS members enjoy the benefits of the privacy, ease, and safety typical of private flight experiences while flying commercially. Exclusive partnerships with TSA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection allow PS guests to navigate line-free departures and arrivals with expert guidance. The team orchestrates every aspect of the journey – from private TSA screening and dedicated customs services to luxury chauffeur transfers directly serving guests’ aircraft.
Inside each terminal, serene suites, chef-prepared dining, spa services, and personalized attention create an environment of tranquility and indulgence. The Control Room discreetly coordinates with government, airline, and security partners to ensure unmatched efficiency, safety, and peace of mind. PS’s commitment to service means guests avoid waiting in lines, crowded terminals, and luggage hassles, experiencing instead a smooth, elegant, and heartfelt hospitality tailored to their needs.
The role offered is a full-time, non-exempt position within a dynamic and forward-thinking company that champions excellence in luxury hospitality. This role is integral to maintaining the pristine environment and exceptional service standards that define the PS experience. As part of a 24-hour facility, candidates must demonstrate availability and flexibility for shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings. The position includes opportunities for overtime and offers a clear career progression path with promotion opportunities.
Employees in this role are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the luxury facility remain spotless and presentable, and that the salon and administrative areas are properly stocked and maintained. They assist members with menu selections, possessing full knowledge of beverage lists, culinary offerings, and preparation methods. Safety and sanitation policies are rigorously followed during food and beverage handling. Members receive attentive, courteous service that makes their experience feel special and uniquely catered to their preferences. Compliance with all liquor laws and financial accountability are key aspects of the position.
Working at PS is more than a job; it is a chance to be part of a revolutionary company shaping the future of travel, combining luxury hospitality with operational excellence. The company offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and supports continuous learning through tuition reimbursement. Employees enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment, monthly wellness programs, and discounted use of PS services for friends and family. Join PS to contribute to a transformative travel experience that defines luxury and sets new standards worldwide.
