The role available is for a seasonal Bartender at Progressive Field, a fast-paced and dynamic position critical to enhancing the guest experience during events. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with all alcohol service policies, and providing friendly, efficient service to guests. The position is based on weekend and event shifts, including evenings and holidays, with the possibility of overtime as needed. It is a tipped position, offering a base wage of $13.00 per hour exclusive of tips.

The role of a Bartender at Delaware North requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under busy conditions. You will prepare and serve drinks using standardized recipes, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain bar inventory. You will play an essential part in maintaining a clean and stocked bar environment to keep up with the high volume of guests attending sporting events and other activities at Progressive Field.
