Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time including weekends
- Saturday and Sunday all day availability required
- ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to handle cash and operate payment systems
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- An outgoing and social personality
- an eye for detail
- a passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
- a collaborative, team-player mindset
- previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- accurately answer guest questions
- ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice
- perform other duties as assigned
