This role is for a professional Beverage Server or Bartender who will play a crucial part in preparing and serving drinks to guests as well as other servers within the venue, such as food servers and cocktail waitresses. This position requires the ability to greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and prepare drinks using proper recipes and glassware. The responsibility of serving drinks efficiently and with a friendly demeanor is paramount, as this directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience.

The Beverage Server will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, directing beverage attendants, and ensuring that all drinks are correctly rung up on the register with accurate change returned to guests. This role demands strict adherence to laws and company policies regarding alcohol service, including checking identification to verify guests are 21 years of age or older and monitoring guests for signs of intoxication to avoid over-service. The server must exhibit excellent communication skills, observation ability, and a cheerful, easygoing disposition to foster a safe and enjoyable environment.

Additional duties include answering guest inquiries about the property and ongoing events, embodying the establishment's mission, vision, and core values, and actively promoting and living the diversity, equity, and inclusion culture within the organization. The position also involves using Point of Sale systems, specifically Infogenesis POS, and demands physical stamina to handle constant walking, bending, reaching up to 8 feet, and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 pounds.
