Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) team as a Beverage Server. This full-time position within our restaurant team presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role involves maintaining the bar’s daily setup to ensure smooth operations, restocking inventory, preparing fresh garnishes, mixing and serving drinks following standardized recipes, and handling financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

The beverage server will be central to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, greeting them courteously, promoting drink sales, and ensuring all alcoholic beverage service complies with state, federal, and corporate regulations. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and portion control
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately
  • Familiarity with state and federal alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
  • Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest to maintain accountability of all beverages served
  • Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and insure vouchers are properly executed to balance all moneys
  • Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
