Job Requirements

At least 6 months of bartending experience
bartending training and certification
CA Responsible Beverage Service Registration
CA Food Handler's Card
minimum age of 21 years
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
compliance with state liquor laws
ability to perform physical bartending duties
availability for a seasonal 90-day period

strong customer service skills
ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

Set up and break down the bar area
mix and serve drinks to guests following established recipes and company policies
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
act as cashier for guest food orders from the bar
process cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately
maintain par levels and complete liquor requisitions
comply with state liquor laws and safety regulations
perform sidework duties according to schedule
