We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping the guest experience as the Bartender will be the face of our bar, responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, serving drinks, and engaging with customers to create memorable moments. This is a full-time role with responsibilities extending beyond bartending to include inventory management, compliance with food and beverage regulations, and collaborating with other team members to uphold our high service standards. Physical endurance is important as the role requires prolonged standing, lifting, and constant activity throughout shifts. In addition, the Bartender must enforce legal drinking age requirements and monitor alcohol consumption to promote guest safety.
