With a strategic approach that encompasses Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality service solutions, Legends Global crafts and executes projects with precision and a 360-degree perspective. This ensures excellence and consistent success for its diverse portfolio of partners. What sets Legends Global apart is its intellectual property — its people. The organization thrives on the combined expertise of its team members, who bring decades of experience in sales, sponsorships, analytics, valuation, hospitality, and operations. This rich background drives the agency’s passion for creating impactful solutions that resonate with and support its partners' goals.

The role of Concessions Bartender at Legends Global is pivotal to maintaining the high-quality guest experience that the company is known for. Concessions Bartenders play a crucial part in engaging guests through positive interactions while efficiently and adeptly mixing and serving beverages. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, extensive knowledge of drink preparation, and an ability to work seamlessly within a team or independently. Bartenders will utilize high-quality ingredients—ranging from fine spirits and liqueurs to fresh fruits, herbs, and spices—to craft sensational drinks that enhance each guest’s visit. They interact directly with guests and restaurant servers, ensuring beverage orders are fulfilled with accuracy and friendliness.

In addition to beverage preparation, Concessions Bartenders are entrusted with maintaining an attractive and organized bar area that facilitates efficient drink mixing and promotes beverage sales. They must also be knowledgeable about wine characteristics and be able to apply proper wine service techniques to elevate the overall dining experience. Collaboration with the culinary team is essential to develop unique mixers and garnishes that complement the drink menu. The role includes responsibilities such as verifying legal drinking age, managing cash and receipts, and ensuring all supplies and tools are readily available and replenished when necessary.

Beyond service, bartenders uphold stringent standards of cleanliness and organization within the work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations consistently. They also contribute to the smooth operation of the concession area by organizing storage spaces, attending mandatory meetings, and performing general cleaning tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for effective guest interaction and team coordination. This role demands stamina, as bartenders may be required to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overall, this position is ideal for experienced bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through their craft, hospitality, and professionalism while being a part of a globally recognized agency committed to excellence and innovation.
