Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- daytime availability Monday through Friday, ideally 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- ability to lift 55 pounds
- reliable transportation
- willingness to attend meetings outside of established work schedule
- strong interpersonal skills
- interest in craft beer and hospitality

Job Duties
- Providing excellent service to customers while showcasing an extensive knowledge of our products and brand
- working behind the bar during both typical day-to-day service as well as for private events in our event space
- cleaning and maintaining glassware and work space
- fulfilling opening and closing duties, as needed
- maintaining communication (in person and digital via slack/email, etc) with Taproom Manager and other co-workers, and staying up to date on events and info necessary to provide excellent service in the Taproom
- give tours of the space upon request, in addition to scheduled official tours
