Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending experience preferred but not required
  • daytime availability Monday through Friday, ideally 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • ability to lift 55 pounds
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to attend meetings outside of established work schedule
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • interest in craft beer and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Providing excellent service to customers while showcasing an extensive knowledge of our products and brand
  • working behind the bar during both typical day-to-day service as well as for private events in our event space
  • cleaning and maintaining glassware and work space
  • fulfilling opening and closing duties, as needed
  • maintaining communication (in person and digital via slack/email, etc) with Taproom Manager and other co-workers, and staying up to date on events and info necessary to provide excellent service in the Taproom
  • give tours of the space upon request, in addition to scheduled official tours
