We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dining Room Server to join our dynamic dining team at The Springs at Carman Oaks. This part-time role is vital in creating exceptional dining experiences tailored for our residents, their families, and guests. The Server will coordinate and lead the overall pub experience, providing attentive and personalized service to enhance the social and dining atmosphere of our community. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors with warmth, taking orders efficiently, promoting pub activities and drink specials, and managing inventory for our liquor, wine, and beer selections. Importantly, this position supports our non-tipping community values, offering competitive wages and a supportive work culture.
