Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to obtain required work cards and gaming registration
- Must have cash handling experience
- Must possess knowledge of alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishes, and dispensing equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to obtain all required work permits and gaming registration
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of alcohol classifications, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishes, and use of drink dispensing equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
- Process transactions using the company’s point-of-sale (P.O.S.) system accurately
- Manage cash handling and be responsible for any cash variances
- Maintain a fully stocked bar with careful inventory control to prevent overages or shortages
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, cordials, and after-dinner drinks
- Understand the use of soda, juice, and liquor guns for timely beverage preparation
