The role of a Stadium Club Bartender is pivotal to our guest experience. The Stadium Club Bartender position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with our event schedule. Certification in TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) and food handling is mandatory, which can be completed within the first 90 days of employment if not already held. Physical stamina is necessary to manage the demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages cocktails and drink-making techniques
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy bar with the upmost professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on our event schedule
  • Tips certificate required or must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
  • A food handling certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
  • Engage with guests enthusiastically taking drink orders suggesting popular concoctions and catering to individual preferences and tastes
  • Ensure that all drinks are served with flair and attention to detail garnished and decorated to perfection
  • Promote signature cocktails special drinks and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area restocking supplies and ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and process credit card payments providing efficient and accurate check-out experiences for guests
  • Comply with all alcohol-serving regulations and ensure responsible alcohol consumption monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe environment
  • Keep track of bar inventory levels notify management when supplies are running low and assist with restocking orders
  • Work closely with other bartenders servers and the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of special drink menus or themed promotions for game days and events
  • Stay updated on industry trends new drink recipes and mixology techniques to continually improve your skills and creativity
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management
