We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests as it involves preparing and serving beverages and food efficiently and courteously. The position requires a candidate who can operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and excellent service skills. The Bartender will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking and preparing orders accurately, and delivering service that meets or exceeds brand standards. Additionally, the role involves managing cash handling procedures, monitoring guest consumption to comply with state and local liquor laws, and utilizing equipment properly to reduce waste and control costs.

Our Bartender position offers a competitive compensation rate of $16.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of the role in creating a positive guest experience. This employment opportunity suits individuals with at least one year of bartending experience and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should also demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, and the capability to fulfill repetitive tasks reliably in a high-energy setting.

The role also requires completing detailed paperwork accurately and timely, assisting in inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and surrounding areas according to CSM, brand, and regulatory standards. Physical demands include the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally handle kegs weighing up to 150 pounds. Requirements also extend to effective communication skills in English, essential for engaging with guests and handling necessary documentation.
