Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- compliance with local alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

- stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
- use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
