The Coffee Shop and Bar is set to open soon and will be managed by the experienced team from Magnolia Hotel Houston. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at this new Coffee Shop and Bar. This role is crucial to delivering an extraordinary guest experience by preparing and serving great beverages while engaging with customers in a fun and positive manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and food service, and the ability to maintain compliance with state, federal, and property-specific policies.

In this role, the bartender will be responsible for mixing and creating a variety of drinks, ensuring each beverage meets quality standards and guests’ expectations. Moreover, the bartender will be expected to embrace a service approach that tells a story through drinks, sharing their personal passion for the menu and the stories behind the offerings. Establishing a welcoming atmosphere, advocating the menu, taking and accurately processing food orders at the bar, and providing timely service are all key components of the position.
