Job Requirements

  • Minimum one-year experience in customer service preferably in a hospitality or bar setting
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • County specific Food Handlers Certification
  • State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • One-year previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
  • County specific Food Handlers Certification
  • State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
  • Ability to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange
  • People person with strong multitasking skills
  • Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests
  • Create a fun and positive guest experience environment
  • Advocate for menu offerings and receive food orders at the bar
  • Ensure accuracy of guest orders before delivery
  • Uphold all state, federal, and property-specific policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant servers to ensure effective service
