Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year experience in customer service preferably in a hospitality or bar setting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
- County specific Food Handlers Certification
- State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and energetic demeanor
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One-year previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
- Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
- County specific Food Handlers Certification
- State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
- Ability to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange
- People person with strong multitasking skills
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Share personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests
- Create a fun and positive guest experience environment
- Advocate for menu offerings and receive food orders at the bar
- Ensure accuracy of guest orders before delivery
- Uphold all state, federal, and property-specific policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with restaurant servers to ensure effective service
