Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years bartender experience required in a high volume, fast environment
- Excellent engagement and English communication skills
- Proven team collaborator
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful situations with guest
- Flexibility to work hours that may change based on the season or business needs
- Ability to learn new recipes and techniques
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

Job Duties
- Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards
- Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations
- Process guest checks and payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card and room charge processing and accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc.
- Thoroughly clean bar and properly return equipment and supplies to proper areas at end of shift
- Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift
- Perform assigned side-work
