Within this prestigious organization, the role of Beverage Server is key to maintaining the high standards of guest service Caesars is known for. This position entails providing prompt, courteous, and efficient beverage service to guests, ensuring every interaction is friendly and professional to enhance the overall customer experience. Beverage Servers at Caesars must stay informed about changing promotional beverages, events, and services, contributing to a dynamic and engaging environment. Responsibilities include preparing and pouring drinks accurately according to recipes, maintaining inventory and cash controls, and operating Point of Sale systems with integrity. Additionally, Beverage Servers monitor guests’ alcohol consumption, intervene when necessary, and act as ambassadors of goodwill, representing Caesars at public and customer relations functions.

The Beverage Server position requires excellent customer communication skills and the physical stamina to work demanding shifts that may last between eight to ten hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork is essential, as Beverage Servers collaborate closely with other team members to support an environment grounded in hospitality and respect. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, navigate constricted working spaces, and respond attentively to visual and oral cues. Job Requirements

Ability to work in a team environment and under stress
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Mathematical ability including the ability to add and subtract
Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts
Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop, and twist
Able to use hand motions when preparing and pouring drinks and cleaning bar areas
Able to work in constricting areas
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Must be flexible with schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience operating cash register or POS system is a plus

Job Duties

Providing prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to guests
Providing a great experience for every guest every time through courteous interaction
Keeping informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events and services
Maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening as needed according to guidelines
Serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
Promoting casino events and programs
Providing personalized service and using guest name
Resolving service problems according to guidelines
Providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests and servers
Preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
Communicating with beverage servers and presenting drinks as required
Slicing and pitting fruit as required
Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils as required
Operating a cash register/POS System and giving correct change
Accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to procedure
Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
