In this role, you will engage with guests by providing excellent service with a positive attitude while managing the bar environment safely and efficiently. You will handle monetary transactions accurately, ensuring smooth and trusted exchanges at the point of sale. Moreover, you will monitor and maintain the quality of beverage products, ensuring all drinks meet Hilton’s high standards. Addressing any challenging situations, such as guest concerns or intoxication, with professionalism and care, will be part of your responsibility. Compliance with regulatory standards governing health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness will be paramount to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and team members.

The company also offers mental health resources, a crisis concierge for immediate support in difficult times, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and wellness plans designed to keep you and your family covered. With retirement plans and options for financial security, Hilton invests in your future as much as your present.

Join an award-winning workplace culture that values passion, teamwork, leadership, integrity, and accountability. Hilton is committed to helping you thrive and grow in your career while providing you with a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
