Job Requirements
- previous bartending or related experience serving alcohol
- minimum 19 years of age according to state regulation
- able to work Monday-Thursday 4pm-7pm and Friday 3:30pm-7pm
- pass background check
- pass drug screening
- authorized to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- previous bartending or related experience serving alcohol
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- good communication skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- minimum age of 19 years
Job Duties
- provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing and serving the highest quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for residents and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- adhere to all safety and health regulations
- engage with residents to create a welcoming social environment
- handle cash and process payments accurately
