The Bartender role at Oak Crest Village is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about mixology and customer service. This position involves crafting and serving cocktails, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Bartenders will work with a knowledgeable team in a supportive and inclusive environment where their talents and commitment to excellent service are highly valued. In this role, you will become well-versed in menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, enabling you to recommend and prepare beverages and meals with confidence and care. You will also be responsible for processing payments, replenishing and organizing bar supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Job Requirements
- Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training must be completed within 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
