BARTENDER (PART TIME)

The company is currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join the team at the Westhampton Hotel Bath & Tennis located at 231 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This role is critical in providing an exceptional experience for guests by efficiently and courteously preparing and serving beverages in a high-volume bar setting. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour with scheduling on Fridays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, with hours varying and further details provided during the interview. Candidates with previous experience in high-volume bar environments are preferred, ensuring they can handle fast-paced service while maintaining adherence to liquor laws and quality standards.

The Bartender will be responsible for setting up and stocking the bar, preparing fresh garnishes and drinks using standardized recipes, and maintaining an organized and clean bar area. This role requires an awareness of legal regulations regarding alcohol service, including checking IDs and monitoring guest intoxication. Additionally, the bartender handles cash transactions, secures the bar area, and collaborates with other team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
