SHG is currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bartender to join their team. The role typically requires a minimum of three years' bartending experience and a high school diploma, with certifications in bartending and alcohol awareness preferred. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about alcohol serving standards, demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and willing to work as a cooperative team member. Bartenders are entrusted with tasks like setting up the bar, verifying guests’ legal drinking age, preparing custom drink orders, managing transactions, and monitoring guests to prevent overconsumption. Additional responsibilities include ensuring sanitation standards, securing cash and inventory, and performing any other duties assigned.
