Job Requirements

  • At least two years bartending experience
  • Ability to comply with liquor laws and safety standards
  • Availability to work part-time with flexible days and hours
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain an organized workspace
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days and variable schedules
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area
  • Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
  • Sets up assigned bars including stocking and requisitioning supplies
  • Maintains bar stock and prepares fresh garnishes
  • Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Takes and processes drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks according to standard recipes
  • Checks guests for proper identification and acts upon inebriation
  • Manages cash transactions including verifying charges and securing deposits
  • Cleans and organizes work area adhering to health and safety standards
  • Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain attractive display
  • Washes and sterilizes stemware
  • Performs other duties as assigned
