Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume upscale environment
  • knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
  • ability to multitask and maintain polished presence
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
  • craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
  • maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
  • engage guests with confidence-offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
  • prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
  • manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
  • maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
  • monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
  • collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
  • handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
  • uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
  • represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
