Successful candidates demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to carry goods up to 40 pounds and to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled workstation.
Full-time employees at Dear Charles benefit from comprehensive health-related plans including medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside life and disability coverage. The company also offers paid time off and paid holidays, reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
