Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
  • Flexibility to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills including follow-up, time management, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments
  • Ability to lift or carry goods weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a climate-controlled workstation
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required
  • Study Hotels is a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, and multitasking
  • Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry goods weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods indoors in a climate-controlled workstation

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests
  • Create an engaging and memorable bar and lounge service setting
  • Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
  • Build knowledge of traditional cooking, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
