Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2+ years bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
Flexibility to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills including follow-up, time management, and ability to multitask
Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments
Ability to lift or carry goods weighing up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods in a climate-controlled workstation
Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Job Duties

Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests
Create an engaging and memorable bar and lounge service setting
Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
Build knowledge of traditional cooking, wine, beer, and cocktails
Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
