We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team, supporting both our Restaurant and Pool Operations. This role offers flexible scheduling with availability required for weekends and evenings to meet the needs of our guests throughout various service periods. The position includes a driven base pay supplemented by tips, making it financially rewarding for motivated individuals. The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service that enhances our guests’ overall experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar.

As a Bartender at Eilan Hotel and Spa, you will be expected to master the art of crafting and serving mixed drinks, ales, sodas, waters, and other beverages with precision and care. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems like Micros and the ability to manage end-of-shift reports accurately are essential duties for the role. Additionally, the bartender will prepare the bar with necessary supplies such as ice and garnishes, ensuring an attractive and orderly display of bottles and glassware following brand specifications.

The role also demands a strong commitment to workplace hygiene and safety standards through consistent use of standard cleaning products, as directed by supervisory staff.
