Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of cashiering or cash handling experience
Previous bartender experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Minimum 21 years of age
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
Maintain a clean, presentable appearance
Adhere to the company dress code

Job Duties

Proficiency in mixed liquors, ales, sodas, waters, sugars, and other prepared beverages
Serve cold beverages such as wine, beer, and sodas, and collect payments for beverages and food served in the lounge area
Prepare the bar area with necessary supplies like ice, sliced and pitted fruit for garnishing drinks, etc.
Full knowledge of Micros and end-of-shift reports
Arrange bottle goods and glasses to create an attractive display, ensuring all bottles are placed according to specifications
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to meet health standards
