Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must hold necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to engage actively in various physical tasks
- Ability to maintain endurance in a high-volume working environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

- Required certifications for responsible beverage service where applicable
- Knowledge of mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they’ll love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll-from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch-ensuring every player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf way
- Follow safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant
