We are currently seeking a skilled and personable part-time Bartender to join our team at a beautiful residential community in Kissimmee, FL. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing exceptional beverage service within a thriving community environment. As a Bartender at Associa, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by crafting and serving a variety of drinks including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

The position involves direct interaction with residents and guests, ensuring each visit to the community bar is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, overseeing inventory levels, and assisting with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will help enforce responsible alcohol service practices, check IDs, and comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Your role will also include supporting special events and community gatherings, working closely with the property management team to align bar services with resident expectations and event themes.
