Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club settings
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Preferred but not required TIPS or ServSafe certification
- Ability to multitask, maintain cleanliness, and stay organized
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to check identification and serve alcohol responsibly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area compliant with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and assist with ordering
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and following guidelines
- Assist with themed nights, community gatherings, and private events
- Collaborate with property management to align bar services with community events and resident expectations
