Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum two years of bartending or similar experience
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate reports
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a bar or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to train and mentor others
Job Duties
- Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Provide food service as needed
- Clean equipment, tools, and bar area ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and beverages
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily reports
- Train and mentor Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter
- Maintain bar inventory and request stock
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
