Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum two years of bartending or similar experience
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate reports
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Two years of experience in a bar or similar environment
Strong knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to train and mentor others

Job Duties

Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
Provide food service as needed
Clean equipment, tools, and bar area ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and beverages
Handle cash transactions and prepare daily reports
Train and mentor Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter
Maintain bar inventory and request stock
Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management
Perform other job-related duties as requested
