The hourly wage starts at $19.93, increasing to $22.37 after six months, demonstrating the company’s recognition and reward of employee dedication and growth. Benefits for this position are robust, encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plans, paid leave for vacations, sick days, holidays, and even family bonding, including adoption assistance. Additional perks such as free room nights after 90 days, discounted room rates for friends and family, tuition reimbursement, free meals during work hours, and access to various discounts enhance the overall compensation package and employee satisfaction.
