Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol service regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including on stairs
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
- Keep up-to-date with mixology trends and bar equipment
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
- Engage guests through friendly and professional interaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Build on personal bartending style and creativity
