Job Requirements
- Current State Food Handler's License
- MAST-12 certification
- at least one year of related education, training and or experience
- familiarity with TOAST Point of Sale system
- ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- knowledge of proper bar equipment operation
- knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
- understanding of cash handling procedures
- strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
- polished and inviting presence
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and or experience
- familiarity with TOAST Point of Sale system
- working knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- strong guest service and communication skills
- understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- current State Food Handler's License and MAST-12 certification
Job Duties
- Craft cocktails and serve a wide variety of drinks
- support the floor and assist in barback duties
- operate bar equipment properly and safely
- maintain a polished and inviting bar area
- ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations
- handle cash and tips according to standard procedures
- prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to guest and business demands
