Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a pioneering global leader specializing in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Established in 2015, OVG has rapidly expanded its platform to include venue development alongside comprehensive venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Cementing its reputation as a major force within the live entertainment industry, the company manages a prestigious portfolio of seven owned world-class venues while serving a roster of iconic clients. These clients include arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This breadth of presence not only signifies OVG’s dynamic growth but also highlights its commitment to excellence and innovation within the sector. The company’s business model is deeply integrated, providing end-to-end solutions that encompass all facets of venue operation and entertainment experiences.

The role of Bartender at Oak View Group is an integral position within this vibrant and fast-paced environment. This position focuses primarily on delivering exceptional beverage service, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, during various live events held at OVG’s venues. The Bartender is expected to bring professionalism, dependability, and cordiality to their customer interactions, ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service. Operating in an energetic and often high-volume setting, candidates must be capable of adapting swiftly to shifting event demands while upholding company standards and state and federal alcohol regulations.

This role is temporary, running from June 11, 2026, through June 23, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside a reputable company that is reshaping the live entertainment industry globally. The position compensates hourly at a rate of $19.50 to $23.00, with the added benefit of earning tips, making it a financially rewarding role within a lively social atmosphere. The nature of this work requires reliable attendance and flexibility to meet the scheduling needs tied to the business’s event calendar.

Bartenders will provide critical support in maintaining smooth bar operations by preparing beverages accurately according to company recipes and serving guidelines. They must be knowledgeable about various beer, wine, spirits, and other beverage offerings. Responsibilities include monitoring guest consumption responsibly, verifying IDs to comply with legal drinking age requirements, and managing cash handling tasks with precision. Contributing to a clean and organized workspace, bartenders also assist with bar setup and breakdown procedures, ensuring efficient event preparedness and closure.

Candidates who thrive in this role typically have prior bartending experience, display excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented environment. Flexibility surrounding work hours is essential, as this job entails evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shift work to align with the live event schedule. Furthermore, possession of a valid food handler’s certificate and alcohol service permit is mandatory to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Oak View Group is dedicated to inclusivity and diversity, recognizing that a diverse workforce is fundamental to innovation and service excellence. The company fosters a culture that celebrates varied backgrounds and perspectives, aspiring to create welcoming environments that reflect the communities they serve worldwide. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, OVG commits to fair employment practices, ensuring all applicants are considered without regard to any legally protected status.
