The role of Bartender at Oak View Group is an integral position within this vibrant and fast-paced environment. This position focuses primarily on delivering exceptional beverage service, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, during various live events held at OVG’s venues. This role is temporary, running from June 11, 2026, through June 23, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside a reputable company that is reshaping the live entertainment industry globally. The position compensates hourly at a rate of $19.50 to $23.00, with the added benefit of earning tips, making it a financially rewarding role within a lively social atmosphere. Bartenders will provide critical support in maintaining smooth bar operations by preparing beverages accurately according to company recipes and serving guidelines. They must be knowledgeable about various beer, wine, spirits, and other beverage offerings. Responsibilities include monitoring guest consumption responsibly, verifying IDs to comply with legal drinking age requirements, and managing cash handling tasks with precision. Contributing to a clean and organized workspace, bartenders also assist with bar setup and breakdown procedures, ensuring efficient event preparedness and closure.
