The Bartender role at Southern Tier’s taproom is a frontline position that embodies the guest experience and represents the ABV brand in public. Reporting to the General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, maintaining bar operations, and educating guests about Southern Tier’s products. This role requires a blend of product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
