The Bartender position at Oak View Group is a vital role responsible for delivering top-tier beverage service within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This seasonal role, running from May 11, 2026, to September 11, 2026, offers an hourly wage of $10.30 plus tips and demands a personable, professional individual who can adapt seamlessly to changing event demands. Job Requirements

  • Six months or more experience bartending
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more experience bartending

  • Bartending school preferred
  • Accurate cash handling skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
  • Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
  • Check guest IDs in accordance with age verification regulations
  • Communicate cut-off to guests as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
  • Request additional products or restock as required
  • Maintain issued bank at the bar
  • Keep a clean and sanitary workstation, ensuring bar equipment is well maintained
  • Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with organizing the cooler as needed
