Its innovative approach and commitment to excellence have made OVG a forefront player in the live entertainment industry, continually seeking to enhance the guest experience and service quality.
As a Bartender at Oak View Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage service within some of the most prestigious entertainment venues worldwide. This seasonal position runs from May 6, 2026, through September 6, 2026, offering an hourly rate of $2.13 plus tips. The Bartender is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where professionalism and guest interaction are paramount.
The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and capable of adapting to ever-changing event demands while maintaining consistent attendance. This role requires adherence to all state and federal laws relating to alcohol service, ensuring guests are served responsibly and that their IDs are properly checked to meet age requirements. In addition to beverage service, the Bartender will maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, manage the cash bank accurately, and support restocking efforts to keep operations smooth throughout events. The role calls for strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations involving intoxicated guests professionally and safely. When necessary, the Bartender will liaise with management or security to resolve conflicts beyond their scope.
OVG fosters an inclusive and diverse workplace, affirming the belief that diversity drives innovation and excellence in service delivery.
