Job Requirements
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage service and regulations

- Self-directed while working in team-oriented settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine varieties, and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Verify guest identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met
- Communicate cut-offs to guests when necessary
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Request product restock and maintain clean, sanitary workstations and bar equipment
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
