The bartender will also be involved in managing difficult situations tactfully, such as de-escalating intoxicated guests or involving management when necessary. This role offers an opportunity to join a talented team that values excellent service and customer engagement, and it is supported by a benefits package that includes a 401(k) savings plan with matching for part-time employees.

Overall, Oak View Group provides a dynamic and inclusive work environment where team members collaborate to create memorable experiences for event attendees.
